NHT Global Preferred Customer Agreement

1. This Preferred Customer Agreement constitute the entire agreement between me, the "Preferred Customer", and NHT Global Europe Srl.

2. I declare and warrant that I am legally able to enter into this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.

3. As a Preferred Customer, I am granted the right to purchase NHT Global products at a discounted price. My product purchases are for personal use only. I may not resell NHT Global products in any manner whatsoever, I am not authorized to sponsor or sign-up others as NHT Global independent Distributors, and I am not entitled to receive commissions.

4. If I want to market, promote and resell NHT Global products, then I must submit a Distributor Agreement to NHT Global Europe Srl. I will be granted such rights upon acceptance of the Distributor Agreement by NHT Global Europe Srl.

5. I understand that this Agreement will remain in effect unless cancelled in writing by NHT Global or me upon written notice. NHT Global will cancel the Agreement within thirty (30) days of giving or receiving the written notice. I understand that this Agreement will be automatically terminated if I have not made purchases for 300 BV in a period of twelve (12) months. NHT Global Preferred Customer is a loyalty program created for customers who purchase on a regular basis. Occasional customers can purchase NHT Global products from retail carts or from NHT Global distributors.

6. I understand that if an independent NHT Global Distributor signed me up as a Preferred Customer, then that Distributor is referred to as my "referring Distributor.

7. Upon thirty (30) days prior written notice, NHT Global may, in its sole discretion, modify the terms and conditions of this Preferred Customer Agreement, including termination of the Preferred Customer Agreement.
